Marcin Brodziak joined the Avallon team in 2016. He gained his first experience on the capital market as a trader in OSTC – a prop‑trading company with a global reach. He worked in the audit department of one of the Big Four companies for over two years, where he audited financial statements of manufacturing and financial companies. He then joined the Avallon team. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Sociology at the University of Łódź, majoring in International Economic Relations, and specializing in finance.

Izabela Ciąćka has been part of the Avallon team since the beginning of 2016. She is now an Investment Manager. She started her career by being involved in accounting, financial analysis, valuation and securities issue projects. She gained her experience in the Analyses and Rating Department of Online Analyses S.A. as a Junior Analyst, as well as in the financial risk management department of EY, and the investment banking team of Bastion Group. She holds a Master’s degree from the Warsaw School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Economics in Wrocław – Finance and Accounting.

Weronika Jaskóła joined the Avallon team in 2021. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English for Management and Finance from the Faculty of Management at the University of Lodz, and a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Financial Management with a specialization in Financial Management. Currently, she serves as a member of the Supervisory Board at Wiejska Zagroda, a portfolio company, where she actively supports the company’s development and financial strategy.

Mateusz Kacprzak joined the Avallon team in 2016. He graduated Economic Analysis and Financial Markets from the Faculty of Economics and Sociology at the University of Łódź. He gained experience in investment banking in Rothschild, strategic consulting in The Boston Consulting Group and retail banking in mBank’s products and services department. He sits on the Supervisory Boards of the Fund’s portfolio companies.

Marcin Konarski has been part of the Avallon team since 2010. He specializes in developing companies in the food industry. He has been working in this field for over 20 years. He gained his professional experience as Financial Director in a manufacturing company. Prior to this, Marcin Konarski was a Financial Analyst in a company that provided consulting services. He became a Doctor of Economic Sciences at the University of Łódź – 2010, holds a Master’s degree in Economics in International Economic Relations from the University of Łódź – 2003, and a Master’s degree in Economics in Computer Science and Econometrics from the University of Łódź – 2002. Marcin Konarski has been included in the prestigious Future 40 2024 Peak Performers list of the Real Deals portal. This very title of being one of the private equity industry leaders was granted to him for, among other achievements, carrying out a highly successful investment in Wosana.

Adam Kubicki joined the Avallon team in 2024. He gained his previous experience in the M&A team of EY in Warsaw, where he mainly advised on transactions in the software
& e‑commerce sector, as well as during his internship in the M&A team of PwC.

Adam holds a Master’s degree in Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Investment from the University of Lodz. He was a scholarship holder of the Academy of Capital Market Leaders of the Lesław A. Paga Foundation.

Since the beginning of Poland’s economic transformation, Krzysztof Kuźbik has been involved in strategic consulting and the financial restructuring of companies and banks. Before moving to Avallon at the beginning of 2012, he worked for Commerzbank Group, where he created mBank. He also managed the corporate branch and the Strategy Department of BRE Bank and headed up the Central and Eastern Europe team at Commerzbank’s Head Office in Frankfurt. He was also a member of the Management Board of Bank Forum in Ukraine. Previously, he was Vice‑President of the Łódź Management Group and Executive Director of SRPBG Advisors. Between 1997and1998, he was an Advisor to the President of PBG Bank. Prior to this, Krzysztof was employed by IFC, where he managed privatization projects in Ukraine.

Mateusz joined the Avallon team in 2021. He had graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics at the Technical University of Łódź, and then completed the post‑graduate studies of Enterprise Valuation at the Warsaw School of Economics. He had gained his experience, working, among others, for Navigator Debt Advisory as a bond analyst, and for mBank as a credit risk modeling specialist. He also has a license of stock broker, CFA charterholder.

Between 1995‑1999, Piotr Miller was manager and proxy in the ŁÓDŹ Management Group – investment company Powszechny Bank Gospodarczy S.A. Between 1999 and 2001, he managed advisory projects for local government units and municipal companies within the USAID/LGPP program. He gained experience on the private equity market in Copernicus Capital Partners group, a company managing private equity funds in Poland and the Balkans, as well as NFI Octavia and Piast funds. He represented Copernicus funds on the supervisory boards of companies in Copernicus’ portfolio. Between 2003 and 2005, he was the President of the Management Board of NFI Piast S.A. Piotr graduated in Law and Administration from the University of Łódź.

Bartosz Oginski is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Sociology at the University of Łódź, where he majored in Finance and International Business with a specialization in International Finances. Currently, he is a student at the Warsaw School of Economics, majoring in Corporate Finance Management. He gained his first professional experience in the Support Team of the Strategy and Transaction Department at EY.

Małgorzata joined the Avallon team in 2021 as an Office Manager and Assistant to the Management Board. She had gained previous professional experience working in independent positions related to various operational activities in the areas of marketing, administration and sales in B2B sectors. She had graduated from the Faculty of Journalism at the University of Lodz.

Agnieszka has been part of the Avallon team since 2006. She sits on the Supervisory Boards of the fund’s portfolio companies. She was responsible for managing many transactions, including development of Velvet and Good Food companies, in which she managed to bring growth that was much greater than investors had anticipated. Her previous projects mainly centred around the B2C and FMCG sectors. Agnieszka graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Sociology at the University of Łódź, and completed postgraduate studies in finance, accounting and capital investments.

Piotr Paśnicki has been associated with Avallon since 2008. Initially employed as an Analyst, he is now an Investment Director. He specializes in projects in the food sector and FMCG. Choosing these industries was no mere a coincidence. As he says himself, the food sector is the largest market and one that experiences frequent ownership changes. On the one hand, it is the easiest sector to attain an interesting transaction, but on the other hand – competition in the industry is extremely fierce. Another area that he is interested in is e‑commerce. He has paid close attention to this sector because of its huge potential and forecasts of further development. His professional interests are complemented by personalized marketing, which he treats as the most effective form of building relationships with customers. Piotr is a member of the Supervisory Boards of the portfolio companies in the Fund. He graduated from the Faculty of Management at the University of Łódź. He has completed a number of post‑graduate studies related to accounting and finance, capital market and company law.

Aleksandra has joined the Avallon team in 2021. Previously, she gained experience working as a lawyer in law firms in Lodz, and then at BFF Polska SA, part of the BFF Banking Group, where she specialised in factoring and loans, services related to capital instruments and banking, and dealt with legal projects and implementation of IT solutions – both nationally and internationally. She holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Lodz, and in 2014 she obtained the title of legal advisor. She completed post‑graduate studies on personal data protection, as well as done numerous training courses related to securing commercial transactions, bankruptcy and restructuring law.

With Avallon since early 2010. Co‑founder of the Compliance Department; responsible for the developing and overseeing of compliance policies in the areas of AML/KYC (minimising the risks associated with the conduct of the company’s business), regulatory compliance with good internal practices and manager‑trustee‑investor relations and cooperation. A graduate in journalism, history studies and has attended the numerous compliance management seminars.

He previously gained experience in Fabryka Wyrobów Frotowych i Kocowych Zwoltex S.A. He graduated from the Faculty of Marketing and Management at the University of Łódź , postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics – Finance and Corporate Taxes ,and at the University of Łódź – in Accounting and Financial Management.

Tomasz Stamirowski has been involved in the investment industry since 1994. He has held a number of positions including Vice‑President of the Management Board of the Pekao Capital Fund. Prior to this, he gained experience in restructuring by working in the Restructuring Department of PBG S.A. Bank. He has also been on the boards of production companies. He has participated in the supervisory boards of many companies, including listed companies (KFM, BIPROMET, STOMIL SANOK, ZETKAMA, Bank BPH). Since 2001, he has been working for Avallon, leading a number of management buyout projects. He graduated from Foreign Trade at the University of Łódź and Management at the University of Grenoble, France. In his private life , Tomasz is an avid collector of historic shares of companies from Łódź, and has the largest collection in Poland. He is now the main shareholder of RTS Widzew – the football club from Łódź.

Robert Więcławski gained his professional experience in capital market institutions, consulting companies in the fields of finance, strategy, IPO, M&A and MBO transactions. Associated with the capital market since its inception in Poland, he worked as a securities broker in Dom Maklerski PBG Bank S.A., and in the Brokerage Office of BRE Brokers S.A. as a member of the team organising the public OTC market in Poland. Robert Więcławski is a member of the Management Board and co‑owner of consulting companies. He is also a member of the Supervisory Boards of many private companies, including companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Since 2001, he has been working in private equity, and for Avallon. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Łódź and MBA studies at the Kozminski Academy in Warsaw.

Joanna Wiśniewska has been part of the Avallon team since 2008. She holds the position of Marketing and PR Manager. She is responsible for communication within the fund. She graduated from the Faculty of Marketing and Management at the University of Łódź, and completed postgraduate studies in Public Relations and Digital Marketing at the Warsaw School of Economics.
