Avallon MBO is a fund different than others. In our DNA is Lodz, a city that has always been associated with entrepreneurship, stemming from the city’s industrial history, which is the foundation on which we build our position.
We have been in business for nearly 25 years and during this time we have managed to create one of the most dynamic entities which manage private equity funds in Poland. What is not insignificant is that we have done this without losing our unique character. We have pioneered MBOs (management buyouts) transactions in our domestic market. We have also supported over a dozen companies in their expansion abroad, and such well-known brands as Velvet Care or Mangata Holding are now doing well on international markets. We have already finalized a few dozens of high-profile acquisitions, and trust that there are many more to come.
