The second edition of the Practical PE/VC Training (Private Equity and Venture Capital Course) has come to an end.

This project is an initiative carried out by PSIK in cooperation with Level 20 CEE – an international non‑profit organization which supports  women within the investment industry and  aims to increase gender diversity in the private equity sector. One of the founders and active members of Level 20 is Agnieszka Pakulska, a partner at Avallon MBO.

During the two‑day course, the participants ( both women and men) had the opportunity to explore the private equity and venture capital industry through real‑life case studies. Among the topics covered during the course were such issues as an introduction to the private equity sector and the ins and outs of venture investing. The participants had the opportunity to learn about the due diligence process and investment project selection, what ESG and non‑financial reporting are, how to build portfolio value, and career prospects in the private equity industry.

Recruitment for the next edition of the course will begin at the end of 2024.
