Robert Więcławski gained his professional experience in capital market institutions, consulting companies in the fields of finance, strategy, IPO, M&A and MBO transactions. Associated with the capital market since its inception in Poland, he worked as a securities broker in Dom Maklerski PBG Bank S.A., and in the Brokerage Office of BRE Brokers S.A. as a member of the team organising the public OTC market in Poland. Robert Więcławski is a member of the Management Board and co‑owner of consulting companies. He is also a member of the Supervisory Boards of many private companies, including companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Since 2001, he has been working in private equity, and for Avallon. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Łódź and MBA studies at the Kozminski Academy in Warsaw.
