Piotr joined Avallon in 2026. Prior to that, he spent 7 years gaining experience at leading private equity funds operating in the CEE region, Value4Capital and Innova Capital. Before entering the PE industry, he was associated with KPMG Deal Advisory.
Throughout his career, Piotr has been involved in transactions spanning a broad range of sectors, including technology, industrials and business services, with a total invested equity exceeding PLN 700 million. Key investments include Shoper S.A., Kom‑eko S.A. and Dimark S.A. Piotr has gone through the full investment lifecycle, from initial capital deployment, through active portfolio companies support, to exits executed on both private and public markets. Notable exits include the IPO of Shoper S.A. on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Deal of the Year by PSIK) and the sale of Kom‑eko S.A. to a financial investor (Deal of the Year Nominee by PSIK).
