Clovin S.A. is the first investment of Avallon MBO Fund III, made in 2020. The fund acquired a 60% stake in the company through an MBO transaction from its founders, enabling succession with the owner’s son – Arkadiusz Żanowski – becoming the CEO.
The company produces household chemicals, being one of the market leaders in Poland's detergent industry, with successful international ventures. Clovin offers a wide range of B2C and B2B products, including powders, liquids, and laundry capsules, as well as cleaning agents.
Two key brands are Purox and Dr. Prakti. The company also manufactures products for retail chains under their own labels.
Clovin places a strong emphasis on sustainable development, implementing solutions, such as solar panel energy and a closed‑loop water system. The company's CSR efforts gained recognition, and it has won a few prestigious awards such as: Gold Effie Award 2023 in Poland and in Europe, Real Deals ESG Awards 2024 and Deal of the Year in Environmental Category 2024.
The company employs over 300 people, exports its products to 40 countries.
