Avallon has completed the sale of EDC Expert Communication

During its time as a portfolio company with Avallon, the company experienced significant growth in both size and results achieved. Despite unfavourable market situation, including high raw material prices and high inflation, EDC Expert proved to be a resilient company that was able to grow steadily. After eight years of investment, the Fund decided to sell the company to a minority shareholder and private investors in EDC Expert’s area of business.
