Avallon as a panellist during the workshops of the Private Equity Academy at the University of Łódź

Another edition of workshops as part of the Private Equity Academy at the University of Łódź is behind us. The event was once again organized and hosted by Agnieszka Pakulska and Izabela Ciąćka – members of the Level 20 organization. It is an international group of women representing the private equity industry sector connected by a common vision – to improve gender diversity in this market segment. The workshop participants had the opportunity to hear, among others, how the PE industry works and operates, and why it is worth following a career in it.
