Avallon among the finalists in the Deal of the Year – Wosana SA, PSIK 2024 awards

Yesterday’s nomination for Avallon MBO in the Best Fund category is not all!
Today we announce that we have received another nomination – Deal of the Year!
The jury appreciated the increase in the value of WOSANA S.A. carried out by Avallon MBO, which during our cooperation has:

• entered new areas (aseptic products) in the competitive beverage market,
• launched a multimillion investment program in the amount of PLN 60 million

That all has resulted in:

• sales growth of 3.6x to PLN 350 million,• EBITDA growth of 5.5x,
• return on investment of over 4x,
• exit under the wings of Japanese industrial investor Dydo Group.
