Robert Więclawski, Senior Partner at Avallon MBO, set off for Antarctica over two months ago to fulfil his dream and raise the bar for his MISOGI, a challenge that was to test the limits of his mental and physical abilities and confront his own weaknesses.

All alone, pulling a heavy sled, he had to cover a distance of 930 kilometres on foot in extremely difficult conditions.

Today we know that he succeeded, becoming, according to the data available on the Internet, the fifth Pole to accomplish this feat.

Working at AVALLON teaches determination and perfect project planning. However, Robert’s willpower and gradual increase in the scale of challenges, such as marathons and ultramarathons, including crossing Greenland and the Atacama desert, were the driving forces behind his achievement.

We anticipate his return as the conqueror of the South Pole and eagerly await the details of this remarkable expedition. Robert is likely looking forward to returning to a warm office and facing new business challenges. If anyone is looking for a partner who pursues his goals with such a determination and preparation, welcome. AVALLON – We Invest with Managers.

Our entire team was rooting for Robert and keeping our fingers crossed!
