Piotr Paśnicki has been associated with Avallon since 2008. Initially employed as an Analyst, he is now an Investment Director. He specializes in projects in the food sector and FMCG. Choosing these industries was no mere a coincidence. As he says himself, the food sector is the largest market and one that experiences frequent ownership changes. On the one hand, it is the easiest sector to attain an interesting transaction, but on the other hand – competition in the industry is extremely fierce. Another area that he is interested in is e-commerce. He has paid close attention to this sector because of its huge potential and forecasts of further development. His professional interests are complemented by personalized marketing, which he treats as the most effective form of building relationships with customers. Piotr is a member of the Supervisory Boards of the portfolio companies in the Fund. He graduated from the Faculty of Management at the University of Łódź. He has completed a number of post-graduate studies related to accounting and finance, capital market and company law.
