Mirosław Janicki has been associated with the Avallon fund since 2010. He started his professional career as an academic teacher at the University of Łódź in the area of Enterprise Economics. He started his career in private equity funds in the 1990s, when there were only two such institutions in Poland. He also participated in the creation of the first capital fund of a restructuring nature as well as being an advisor to enterprises, author of many development plans and valuations of enterprises. He has many years of managerial experience in managing company finances. He has been a member of the supervisory boards of many capital companies. He graduated from the University of Łódź and the University of Maryland with a degree in economics and an MBA respectively.
