– When talking about management buyouts worth more than EUR 10 million, the ones that prevail are those involving funds. In cases of such value, it is difficult to carry out a buyout relying only on a leveraged transaction. In cases of smaller transactions, however, it is possible for a manager to buy out the shares by with his or her own money, alternatively with the help of banks.
