The Avallon MBO Fund is a winner of the PSIK Award, the Polish Private Equity & Venture Capital Association in the category of the Deal of the Year (Exit)!

The Polish Association of Capital Investors announced the winners of the second edition of the PSIK prize competition during the gala on May 30, 2019 in Warsaw.

The prize in the “Transaction of the Year” category with the votes of the PE / VC community associated in PSIK was granted to the Avallon‑Velvet Care portfolio company.

The prizes were also awarded in the following categories:

I. Advisory Companies and a Bank

• Legal Advisor of the Year – CMS
• Transaction Advisor of the Year – PwC
• Financial and Tax advisor of the Year – EY
• Strategic and Commercial Advisor of the Year – Boston Consulting Group
• Financing Bank of the year – mBank

II. Private Equity / Venture Capital

• Venture Capital Fund of the year – Innovation Nest
• Management Company of the year – Innova Capital
• Person of the Year – Robert Manz (Enterprise Investors)

III. Social activity of PSIK members as part of the Social Business Accelerator program, a pro bono initiative for the private equity / venture capital industry in Poland

• Social Business Accelerator Mentor – Jacek Pogonowski (Value4Capital)
