Avallon MBO has just taken the decision to move its premises to Monopolis, a modern office and retail complex in Łódź. The moving is scheduled for the October‑Novemberof this year. Preparations are currently underway on site to accommodate the new tenant.

Monopolis complex is situated on the site of the former big plant of Monopol Vodka. Monopolis, which is located at 62 Kopcińskiego Street in Łódź, is not only a popular restaurant or cultural events place ( e.g.  the Monopolis Theatre), but also a comfortable place to do business.

The new office will occupy 500 sqm and will be located on the 10th floor of the Monopolis tower, allowing a great view over the city. Designing work and redecorations are currently underway, which will soon result in a space ideally suited to the needs of the fund activities, while ensuring its personnel  ( currently 19 people) most comfortable working conditions.

– As a fund, we have always been operating in Lodz. We invest in many countries, but we care about our local roots, nurturing pre‑war entrepreneurship of Lodz. The uniqueness of the place and, the post‑industrial character of Monopolis was crucial for us when choosing our new site – says Tomasz Stamirowski, founder and managing partner at Avallon MBO.

Monopolis has a whole host of advantages: high‑class architecture, a prestigious site, an excellent and well communicated location, the space meeting the highest technical standards. After McCormick and KPMG companies, as Avallon MBO, we will be the third entity to have decided to rent the space in the Monopolis tower.
