Mateusz Kacprzak joined the Avallon team in 2016. He graduated Economic Analysis and Financial Markets from the Faculty of Economics and Sociology at the University of Łódź. He gained experience in investment banking in Rothschild, strategic consulting in The Boston Consulting Group and retail banking in mBank’s products and services department. He sits on the Supervisory Boards of the Fund’s portfolio companies.
