Since the beginning of Poland’s economic transformation, Krzysztof Kuźbik has been involved in strategic consulting and the financial restructuring of companies and banks. Before moving to Avallon at the beginning of 2012, he worked for Commerzbank Group, where he created mBank. He also managed the corporate branch and the Strategy Department of BRE Bank and headed up the Central and Eastern Europe team at Commerzbank’s Head Office in Frankfurt. He was also a member of the Management Board of Bank Forum in Ukraine. Previously, he was Vice‑President of the Łódź Management Group and Executive Director of SRPBG Advisors. Between 1997and1998, he was an Advisor to the President of PBG Bank. Prior to this, Krzysztof was employed by IFC, where he managed privatization projects in Ukraine.
