Izabela Ciąćka has been part of the Avallon team since the beginning of 2016. She is now an Investment Manager. She started her career by being involved in accounting, financial analysis, valuation and securities issue projects. She gained her experience in the Analyses and Rating Department of Online Analyses S.A. as a Junior Analyst, as well as in the financial risk management department of EY, and the investment banking team of Bastion Group. She holds a Master’s degree from the Warsaw School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Economics in Wrocław – Finance and Accounting.
