Adam Kubicki joined the Avallon team in 2024. He gained his previous experience in the M&A team of EY in Warsaw, where he mainly advised on transactions in the software
& e‑commerce sector, as well as during his internship in the M&A team of PwC.
Adam holds a Master’s degree in Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Investment from the University of Lodz. He was a scholarship holder of the Academy of Capital Market Leaders of the Lesław A. Paga Foundation.
