In December 2023, Avallon MBO acquired 100% of the shares of MPPK through an Investment Buy‑Out (IBO) transaction.
The company, founded in 2013, is a leader in the pet food industry in Poland, offering premium and mid‑premium dry and wet food for dogs and cats. Its best‑known brands are Wiejska Zagroda and Pan Mięsko, complemented by the distributed brands Alpha Spirit and Primal Spirit. Wiejska Zagroda offers a premium food made from high quality meat, free from grains, soy or artificial preservatives and fillers. Pan Mięsko, introduced in 2021, are high‑quality dried meat products offered at affordable prices.
The company plans to launch its own new brand for the organized retail channel, and expand sales to international markets. The company’s staff consists of 76 employees.
