We have just officially finalized our exit from the Czech‑Polish Stangl Technik, the company  which offers comprehensive services in the field of technical building equipment and technical infrastructure. Thus, several years of extremely fruitful cooperation are now behind us. The Stangl Technik was an important part of the Avallon MBO FUND II portfolio. Now the majority of shares in the Group are being taken over by the German branch of the international industry tycoon SPIE.

We would like to thank the managers of Stangl Technik: Martin Horak, Piotr Rączkowski and Jan Kodytek for a number of years of exemplary cooperation and effective business activities, which brought great results. We keep our fingers crossed for their further success in the coming years!
