On December 2nd 2016 hotel Mercure in Warsaw hosted 7th Interim Management Conference 2016

The event was addressed to top management staff , including CEOs, Directors, Members of the Management and Supervisory Boards among other subjects, and Business Owners.
Avallon Fund was represented by dr.Marcin Konarski – Investment Director, who, in Panel III, presented the subject of Management Buyout as a Stage in Career Development of an Interim Manager.
The aim of the conference was to present these modern management instruments which are becoming increasingly more popular among Polish companies. This year, among other subjects, the participants were presented with some interesting examples of successful local businesses and challenges they face. The experience of running family businesses was the focal point of the discussion.
